The service is horrible. They give you what they want you to have not what you order. Since Reko (the old manager) left this store it has gone to hell.
In the drive thru over 30 min did even say sorry for your wait then when you pull up to the speaker takes about 5 min for someone say may I take your order this location is very unprofessional needs to get it together or close down asap I would not recommend this location is to anyone Wendy's is going down the drain
Went in tonight at 820pm stood there no one toke order. Notice a the food that was coming out was wrong. No even said hey after waiting and talking to wife we walked out never ordering a thing
We were in line for about 15 minutes without movement. The customer at the register told us she had been there for 30 minutes. There were 3 customers waiting for food, and the wrong orders were distributed. They had to start over. We decided to leave with a few others. When exiting, the same vehicles were in the drive thru line. I could see 3 employees. Could be a holiday schedule issue.
My husband & I waited in line for 30 minutes no one spoke to us or anything. 5 people in line, drive thru was busy. 2 people left before we did. (Sunday 12/3/17 Pell City) Food is great service is not, need more than 1 cashier working. We went to Hwy 55 (we had to wait a minute, but the crew spoke to us & let us know they would be with us asap)
