Service on my lunch break incredibly slow. The burger itself was good, but I don't think they are using sourdough bread for Frisco Burgers anymore.
The Manager stuck her hands in the French Fries with no gloves on she was playing with her hair played with the money did not wash her hands they had the drink machine on cleaning cycle during business hours. We ended up having to cancel order.
Horrible-- I will not going back there. It took 20 minutes to get my food and I was the only one in line. They told me they had to research to see how to make the nachos supreme because noone there knew how. The stuff they put on it was running. There was no sour cream and loaded with jalapeños and I asked for none. The person took 15 minutes to even acknowledge I was waiting in the drive-thru and then she was smacking on gum when trying to take my money. I had said in the past I would never go back but I decided to give them another chance. I won't make that mistake again.
Terrible! Service was awful- waited 15 minutes for our order and we were the only customers! Order received was wrong, dirty inside.
Roaches. Leaky roof. Stale cold food. Rude employees and the higher ups are GARBAGE. Do. Not. Spend. A. DOLLAR. Here.
