The ice machine was broke, the elevator was broke, our keys never seemed to work right in the reader even after changed twice...
Great place to stay! The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were newly renovated and clean. We were VERY pleased with our stay. Great price for a great room!
The staff were great. The overall quality of the hotel was poor. Our room was very musky and humid upon entering it and had a strange odor. The bath tub had a pool of brown water that had obviously been sitting because it didn’t drain properly. But you get what you pay for.
Quiet room and comfortable bed. Convenient to I-20. Very helpful and courteous employees .
It looks pretty good from the outside but the inside surprised me. Not in a good way we were downstairs in a half basement. Upon entering I noticed both beds had burn holes in the blankets. There were bugs, some dead some not, on the floor near the half window.
My family and I stayed two nights at this hotel due to our vehicle breaking down. the staff were rude and demanding with the exception of one front desk lady who went out of her way to help us. One of the staff even demanded we leave the room after our first night so they could clean it. The following morning we packed up everything on our double stroller and walked nearly a mile to another hotel... Do not stay here... Ever!
This location does NOT have an elevator, and all rooms require going up and down stairs. NOT for people with physical limitations. Breakfast was terrible. Room smelled musty.
