Went to Publix today and I bought 2 items 2 for $7, I noticed they rang up $4.99 ea. I hated to say anything but did. One of the mgrs.went to look and see as I started second guessing myself....she came back and told the cashier to give me one for free and the other for $3.50. I said no I don't mind paying the $7.She said no we want you to have a happy shopping experience here!! They have awesome customer service and so friendly!!
I love having Publix so close. I started going to Publix in South Florida. If they don't have it, they will order it for you.
Nothing like the other stores I won't name. Clean and well organized. Always greeted with a smile. And the cashiers are waiting for you instead of you standing in line waiting for a cashier.
The employee's are fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful. Prices especially the buy one get one are very important. I don't shop at any other grocery store. So happy they are in Pell City, Alabama.
