My spring to my gas cap was broken, being I read ther sign saying they are not responsible for any damages I did not say anything. Since i had purchased the $35 monthly plan and was being charged i continued to use them and found a foil ball on the roof while drying my truck off once.... ok no problem I tossed it off.

This is my complaint....I opened a new account, left a message with my new information... no problems my payment changed to my new account.
Here is my COMPLAINT...we traded trucks and decided against using that car wash any longer, called, left a message on the same recorder I left a message on about changing accounts, but I am still charged the $35 monthly fee. I have called and left repeated messages on that recorder all month, with call logs to prove it, yet today another monthly fee hits or account.
