2630 Martin Street South - seemed reasonably priced and had a vacancy when I needed it. :) Was an hour from where I live and the gate did not work the only time I tried it.... not good. :( I did not care.... but the way the place was designed you could see other renter's stuff. (At least in my unit.)
My wife and I rented a storage unit late last summer to store some extra furniture that we have. We did not 'inspect' the unit for leaks/damage as we assumed that the facility was properly maintained. When we returned a few months later we discovered our furniture was ruined from a leaking roof. The owners knew the unit had been damaged by a vehicle striking the corner of the building prior to us renting the unit but had not properly addressed the damaged roof. They have not offered to pay for the furniture and their insurance company denied any responsibility. I would NOT recommend this storage place!
Great storage Place..
I've been Renting from Pell city mini since 2002 off and only 1 problem in 6 yrs. one time somebody went through the Lot cutting locks and the lady that over sees things their, Page she contacted us and put a new lock on our unit.
