Rude, substitute post "persons" wear headphones, don't deliver packages and 1 particular employee is SO VERY rude.
Long lines sometimes but staff is quick and efficient.

Never have a problem and the desk people are always calm and friendly. The Pell City post office is likely one of the best jobs to have in this small town and in exchange they have so much responsibility on their shoulders to meet with the upmost efficiency each day. I appreciate it!
Always have problems when i need a package. If i put on a slip redeliver i expect a redeliver. Rude.
