I'm about to be honest. THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER. I mean every place has a problem but these people won't even try to fix it, they just want your money. Their constantly getting someone new and the staff gets worse. They don't spray (so they are roach infested. Even if your clean bc they have drug addicts living here that are filthy!) Not even to mention the spiders. They don't change air filters (the room is locked so you can't do it unless you break in, but they tell you it's your job to let them know!) what kind of sh**! A lot of things are broke (they won't fix), a lot of apartments don't have lights in their living rooms or bedrooms (ceiling fans with no lights) hilarious huh?! So you have to buy a lamp. Stoves half work, ac/ heat barely work. Water leaks, they patch up instead of replacing the pipes. Makes the bugs worse. The carpet in the inside of the apartments need pulling up. They are filthy. They have a pool, it wasn't even open but maybe 2 weeks this summer. They to lazy to open it, and won't even address the maintanve issues when they say they are. The last maintanace man was a junkie he stole out of people apartments. I don't know if he still is there or not I wish I knew. So beware. Then after all this...... They have the nerve to up the price of rent. Way to go EVERGLADES!!!
