So I went out to my car and called walmart and they had it in, so I called winn dixie back to tell them that walmart had it and to send over that rx. The tech at winn dixie told me "you'll have to call walmart back and tell them to call us and we will send it then!?!?!?! OMG!!! I couldn't believe the lack of customer service your employees had and of course the tech at Walmart thought they were idiots!!!!

Over 15 years of loyalty and was treated like I was a nuisance!

About a month ago, same thing, I ordered the nuvigil (on a wednesday), 2 days later I go to pick it up (on friday) and once again, the same tech said it will be in Tuesday, I asked her again about calling another pharmacy and once again informed me that I will have to do that myself!!!! So I did, and transferred my whole profile over to walgreens where the customer service is 100% better!

I have been a customer for approximately 15 years and recommended this pharmacy to everyone. The pharmacists and techs in the past were always so helpful but lately, with the staff that is there now, they don't want to help you out at all! For example, I am on a medicine called nuvigil, for shift diff work. In approx December of 2016, I had called in rx to be filled. 2 days later I go to pick it up and the tech says " your insurance company will only cover the generic but we don't have it in, (this was a friday) and it won't be here until Monday afternoon." I said "what?" First of all, she should have called me Wednesday and I would've told her that the generic was fine and to go ahead and order it, I work Saturday and Sunday night shift from 7pm till 7am, so it's very hard to stay awake on those 2 nights and sleep during the day but I do it to be able to stay at home during the week with my 6 year old son. So I then asked her if she could call another pharmacy to see if they have it in and then transfer that rx over. She said "no you will have to do that"

Anyway, I did it and got my medicine from Walmart!

I intend to tell whomever will listen about my experience. Maybe then, you will educate your employees on how to treat customers and your customers will feel appreciated! Now I am being told it will be there tomorrow!!!!
