The Rock Stars were out in force at the Pell Cities WH. Absolutely awesome service on Christmas Day 2017. Very organized!
Generally good food. The chili was cold when my husband got it. Sent it back to reheat and still wasn't as hot as you would like on a very cold day. The blt had plenty of bacon which was great. My Texas cheese melt was as good as usual and hash browns were as I ordered.
The staff is friendly with excellent and quick service. Ms. Candy was our waitress amd she was the absolute best!!
Great experience. They were very busy. Even had people waiting to be seated. Yet it was clean, the food was perfect and the eait time on food despite the amount of customers was not long at all. Very pleased with this location!! Candy was a great server!!
I have not ever really liked going to Waffle House, however, the waitress we had was so nice and never went to long without asking if we needed anything. She was friendly and helpful. Also, I was able to sit in comfort, I was not freezing while we ate. Thank you Waffle House! Wish I could remember the waitresses name. I will go back to this location.
