Omg they suck...rude and oh and rude.....they don't have enough room to help anyone everything is crammed into one tiny ass room
Tried to get license, was there at 11:30. Handed her my paperwork, she took my paperwork looked at it, handed it back, then she said she was going to lunch and there were 4 others waiting in front of me so I would need to come back at one. There were no others in the office-except another employee with another empty chair-no sign stating hours of lunch. It would have taken her all of five minutes to do her job. Very, very poor representation of Pell City and Birmingham to our family from out of state. Went to Pelham, in and out in 5 minutes and was treated like a human.
Took my son to get his license and the lady taking the information was rude. She is also the one that gives the driver test. She was so rude and mean, she had 1 little girl in tears. How hard is it to be nice to people. You never know what someone is going through. Being nice doesn't cost a thing and could make someone's day better. If you can't handle working with the public, then you should find another profession.
I have been working in the public since I was seventeen years old. That would be some twenty eight years. I have never experienced a more un -professional environment in my life. The sad thing it was one woman that ruined it for everyone. I took my niece to get her license. We got there at seven am. We were second in line. We had all of the paperwork. She was so rude to me three different times. As well as my niece several times. Needless to say, we will NOT go back there. I will tell everyone we come in contact with to not deal them. She needs to be REPLACED!!
Great people who care about you getting your driver license. I recommend you sign in and come back because of the long wait. They had me laughing while I was there. No crying here..
