Is this a real place...?

The Squad program was great to get someone motivated and started with the idea that losing weight takes work, time and eating right. Their program does a great job of keeping you from getting bored with the same workouts time and again and give you something to look forward to. Jameson and Rock are great motivators and really are there to answer all of your questions and help you take your progress to the next stage. You have to remember that with as much work as you put in with the workouts you have to give just as much at home to eat correctly and not give in to the foods that slow your weight loss. Give them all you have and they will return as much or more to you! Great job guys!
