I have ordered flowers from this location twice and both times I have had issues. The first time I ordered flowers I received a delivery confirmation but did not actually have the flowers delivered. I had to call them and have the flowers delivered to me approximately 1 1/2 hours later. The second time I used this location I ordered a bouquet of flowers that were to be delivered along with a box of chocolates and a card. While the bouquet was fresh and of good quality the chocolates and card were not delivered along with the flowers. I called them and asked if the chocolates and card could be delivered since they were forgotten and was told that the driver was gone and that they would try to deliver them on the following day. The driver was gone for approximately 10 minutes before I called them to make them aware of their error but apparently the driver could not turn around and delivery the product that was ordered on the day that it was supposed to be delivered. The website says that they close at 5pm the flowers were delivered at 330 that would have been plenty of time for the driver to their job correctly before it was time to clock out and go home, I do not believe I will be ordering anything from this location in the future
