Be careful at the drive thru, check your order before you leave the window. They don't know the difference between chocolate frosted cake and chocolate glazed.
The new owners that took over in December do not give military discounts as the previous owners did. I did not know this until my recent visit where the lady was kinda blunt/matter-of-fact about it. My rating is low due to the new owners taking away the military discount. That is not a good sign to me. I suppose I wanted everyone to know that the new owners are seemingly non-military supporters. No, I am not griping because military members are not receiving discounts and no I do not think military members are better than anyone. I think it shows their stance when they take it away. This is especially ridiculous considering the distance between Pell City and any military bases. I will not spend my money there any longer; that's for sure.
This place is great but they need more doughnuts to choose from. Theres not as many flavors here as there is at daylight doughnuts
