I am absolutely stunned at the stupidity of these people! They made mistakes opening my and my son's account, so social security didn't deposit my funds...I went there to correct it, she tells me I need to bring back paperwork proving I'm my son's mother...even tho if I werent, I wouldn't have been able to open the first account! She blames me for the mistakes their employees made, then when I tell her I don't have time to return because I live twenty plus miles away, she's sarcastic. .....I'm disabled due to severe fibromyalgia and horrible pain, and haven't been able to work in fifteen years...I can't even get disability money...we desperately needed this money and now it will be days later because it's Friday, won't be open again til Monday! I'm in so much pain and also upset, I was treated like garbage and not one mistake made was mine! What's worse, she's so stupid I really think she has no clue the mistakes are the credit union's! To think idiots like this are in charge of millions of dollars floors me! They set up my account all wrong and actually think it's my fault! ! Unfreakinbelieveable!!!!
